Week 1 Vocabulary Paragraph

My dream is to become a "Chemist". When i become a Chemist I will be able to make medicine that will help people, cure diseases, and even incease the life expectancy. In order to create medicines to achieve my goal I will need to analyze many chemicals and cells. I will also have to examine many books and research papers to increase my knowledge of chemicals and cells to see what i can add to the chemicals they have made and create a new medicine that will help me achieve my goal. After having a lab and messing with chemicals to create many medicines the people of the world would derive longer life and cures for their diseases and hopefully be known as an important person in history.

Examine

2. At school we always have to examine our sentences before we turn it in to make sure its writen or typed correctly.

Analyze
1. When we are in school we have to analyze the book that are given to find out the answers to questions.
2. If you want to become like the people from CSI, you must always analyze every piece of evidence.

Derive
1. We derive knowledge that will help us in the future at school.
2. Many people derive the money they get from their hardworking jobs.

The child had to derive his  food from the floor because he poor and has no bowls, plates, or anything to eat off of.This is sad. The government is the reason for this. If they werent so greedy with money they could use their millions of dollars they dont even use to help children that really need it so they wont have to die.

I am Satisfies with my Math lab and geometry grades but not my language arts. I will keep doing what im doing in math lab and geometry i will maintain them. I will however change my language arts by doing my missing assingments

Week 8 Vocabulary Definitons & Examples

1) Impose (verb)
Ex. I think I will impose a new rule in the classroom - every time you cuss, you owe Julianna 25 cents. I think she will become rich quickly.
Definition: Force (something unwelcome or unfamiliar) to be accepted or put in place
2) Integrate (verb)
Ex. At the beginning of this quarter, we integrated Ms. S's class and Mr. Davis's class to become UMOJA.
Definition: Combine (parts) with another so that they become a whole
3) Predict (verb)
Ex. I predict that the weather in San Diego will be nicer than the weather in Seattle next week!
Definition:Say or estimate that (a specified thing) will happen in the future or will be a consequence of something
